According to one of the passengers on board flight FR 1142, a group of Portuguese passengers, of “five or six people”, were removed from the Ryanair plane by the German police, along with their luggage, after being rude to a flight attendant.
The same passenger told Lusa that the flight from Berlin to Lisbon airport was scheduled to leave the German airport at 20:20 (19:20 in Lisbon), but at 20:38 local time they were informed that the plane would no longer depart “because it was too late” and that everyone would have to disembark.
The story seems quite inconsistent, first they say that a group of 5 or 6 Portuguese were taken of the plane for being rude to a flight attendant, then they say that becase the plane was late in leaving by 18 minutes, tht all the passengers had to disembark, so which one is it ??!!

Isn't Ryanair trademark that passengers are normally drunk, rude and insulting to any member of staff? Or is that just flights from UK to Mallorca?
If I was charged a fortune just to have my boarding pass printed I would be also rude...

The flight attendant did not charge you to print a boarding pass.
They should not be treated rudely.
The flight was 18 minutes late...BFD and get a life.
