The band had planned to open Gogol Bordello's shows in Lisbon and Porto, which will take place on October 11 and 12, according to the LAV website, but in July, it was announced that they would not be accompanying the group.

The group—which creates music with very strong political stances—entered the international news after a show at Britain's Glastonbury Festival, where they chanted for the death of the Israel Defense Forces. This led to numerous reactions and criticism, including from British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, and also to the opening of a police investigation, which is still ongoing.

"Sometimes we have to convey our message with violence, because that's the only language some people speak, unfortunately," said the lead singer.

Bob Vylan were removed from festival bills and eventually dropped from Gogol Bordello's tour, which the band initially explained as "logistical complications."

However, in a social media post by Gogol Bordello, it was made clear that the bands' concerts in Germany had been cancelled by the venues where they were scheduled, leading them to decide to "pull Bob Vylan from the tour until they can fully understand the situation."

Tickets for the Lisbon show are now on sale for 25 euros.
